If you are having difficulty with using our on line system, this page may have the answers you need. If after reading all the instruction pages carefully, and then viewing the common problems listed below, you are still unable to solve your problem, please feel free to email us or call the studio at 413- 786-4414
Common problems:
The list of weddings doesn't include the wedding you are looking for. You can't find a recent wedding that you expect to be on line.
Solution: It takes anywhere from 5 - 10 days to have a wedding ready for the internet. If it is already past that date, give the studio a call so that we can check to be sure it is ready.
You can view the photos, but are unable to use the zoom feature.
Solution: This is usually caused by one of two problems, an active pop up blocker or internet security settings that are set extremely high. If you are using a work computer the company may have a very high security setting and/or pop up blockers that you may not be able to turn off. If you are working from your own personal computer, many programs such as Yahoo automatically install pop up blockers in an attempt to be helpful. Here are a few ways to disable them. First go to the tools menu on your web browser, click off the pop up blocker. If that doesn't solve the problem, try holding the "alt" key while clicking with the mouse on the zoom button. If that doesn't work, click on the "start" menu at the bottom left of the desktop and then click on "settings", then click on "control panel" then click on "Internet option". Check that all the security settings are at medium or below. If none of those solutions work, try turning off your firewall and/or antivirus program. Our web site will not give you a virus, but do be sure to turn it all back on when you leave our web site. If none of these solutions fix the problem, please call the studio for help.
