for placing on-line
Bride and Groom's
Album Order
PLEASE NOTE: It takes approximately 7 - 10 days for your photographs to be placed on line. Wedding photographs will be online for 90 days only. On-line orders MUST be placed before that expiration date to avoid extra charges. After the on-line expiration date you may always order from the bride and groom's proof magazine.
- Read all instructions on this page carefully. When you are finished and are at the bottom of this page click on "Click Here to Continue". You may find it helpful to print this page before you leave it.
- Once you've clicked "Continue" the next screen will have a short list of recent weddings for you to choose from.
- Choose your wedding from the list and click "Select".
- Type in your password and then click "Log in"
- You should now see all of your photographs in the approximate order that they were taken. This online quality does NOT compare to the actual photographs. Use this screen to order any loose prints that are NOT intended for your wedding album and that you wish to have shipped to your home.
- When you are finished ordering, go to the empty box on the left titled "ALBUM" and enter your password. Then click “Log in”.
- You will now have the opportunity to choose photographs that you want to have in your album. Example: If we took three group shots that are very similar, you will want to choose the best one and eliminate all the others. You may enlarge them for a better look and you can put two on the screen at the same time to compare. Your pop up blocker MUST be turned off to use these features. If you are having difficulty getting these features to work, click here to go to the "Internet Help page" for more information. To eliminate a photo from the album click or unclick “Use”. Don’t forget to click “Save Changes” after finishing each page and before you go on to the next page. This is the hardest part of the entire process. You both may want to set aside at least an hour or two, pour a glass of wine, unplug the phone, turn off Instant Messenger and enjoy yourselves.
- When you are finished selecting click “View Selected Photos” and check that all the images you want are still there and that the ones you eliminated are not there. Do NOT click “Build Your Album Now” - this could erase all your hard work ! Do click "Email photographer"
- Now your part is almost done. We will use the ones you’ve chosen with the mat and page styles that you have also chosen to create your custom wedding album. If you haven’t seen the sample page styles and would like the opportunity to select some of your favorite ones to be used, please call the studio, otherwise we will use our best judgment. All you need to do now is call us to let us know that your selections are ready to be made into a beautiful custom album. You will get a chance to approve the entire album, including mats and page styles, before it is assembled and bound into the cover.
Note: The number of images included with your album is the average of 2 per page. Additional images may be added to at $6. per image. Additional pages may be added at $45. per page.
